This Privacy Policy describes how DraftCoach AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (iOS & Android), Telegram bot, or website (collectively, the "Service"). It also lists every third-party processor we share data with so you can review their own privacy practices.
DraftCoach AI uses Generative AI to power "Coach Nova" — our personal coaching assistant. Below is exactly how it works so you can make an informed choice.
Starting with v1.2.5, we use Sentry to capture unhandled crashes and errors so we can fix them quickly. We have configured Sentry to scrub personally identifiable information: no Telegram ID, email, player tag, or chat content is attached to crash events. Only the device model, OS version, app version, and the technical stack trace are reported.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share only the minimum data required for each provider to deliver their service. Below is the complete list:

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use industry-standard security measures (parameterized queries, server-side input validation, rate limiting, regular dependency upgrades) to protect your information. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

When you first launch the app, we show a custom screen explaining each notification category before any system permission popup. Promotional notifications are off by default and require your explicit opt-in. Email marketing (the optional weekly recap) is also opt-in and every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link plus an RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe header.
Our Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own (primarily the United States and the European Union). We use providers that maintain reasonable safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) for such transfers.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at igorbrawlstarsbot@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and your login identifier (Telegram, Google, or Apple) plus your Brawl Stars Player Tag. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal and fraud-prevention retention requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
