Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Brawl Stars AI Coach ("the App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Brawl Stars AI Coach is an independent third-party coaching tool that provides AI-powered draft recommendations, battle analysis, and personalized coaching for the game Brawl Stars. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Supercell.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Pro") that provide access to premium features:

Weekly Plan — $4.99/week, billed weekly
Monthly Plan — $14.99/month, billed monthly

Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Achievement Points

The App also allows users to redeem Achievement Points (earned through in-app activities) for temporary Pro access. Achievement Points have no monetary value and cannot be refunded or transferred.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using your Telegram, Apple, or Google credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated means to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brawl Stars AI Coach. Brawl Stars and related game assets are the property of Supercell Oy. We use game data under Supercell's Fan Content Policy and the Supercell Creator program.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that draft recommendations will result in wins. Game outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
